Shanghai Top Fortune Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 2002 by the founder, Mr. Hans, and has worked in custom tooling and export uniforms for 22+ years. From a practical Shanghai base, the company builds OEM/ODM workwear and corporate clothing programs for buyers who need reliable sampling, clear communication, and repeatable bulk quality—not catalogue fluff.

Our production footprint is about 1,506 square meters (1506 m²) in Songjiang, Shanghai, in the Haier Zhigu area around No. 989 Rongle East Road (Floor 3, Building 20, Haier Zhigu, No. 66 Guangfulin East Road detail remains our registered / mailing factory address block). That compact, well-equipped floor space is sized for export runs: pattern rooms, cutting, sewing lines with an advanced hanging system, computer template machines, glue-pressing equipment, finishing, and QC benches under one roof. We are not a trading desk that farms out every stitch; buyers who visit or video-tour the floor can see how styles move from marker to packed carton.

For more than two decades we have stayed responsible to customers, employees, and the communities around our plant. Finished goods cover custom uniforms, industrial workwear, and gift / promotional apparel, and ship to more than 40 countries across Europe, North America, Australia, the Middle East, and other markets that expect English-speaking account handling and export documentation that matches the packing list.

OEM / ODM capabilities

Top Fortune’s day-to-day work is OEM and ODM for export uniforms: adult and children’s ranges, corporate polos and shirts, outerwear, hi-vis and reflective programs, chef and security sets, labor / coverall styles, sweatshirts, pants, and related category pieces. Buyers bring tech packs, samples, or mood boards; our design and pattern team mocks up quickly, grades sizes for the end customer group, and locks construction details before bulk fabric is cut.

Fabric selection follows the brief, not a fixed mill list. Depending on end use we source and recommend constructions with anti-UV, anti-hook, stain-resistant, windproof / waterproof, breathable, anti-static, anti-bacterial, moisture-wicking, quick-dry, cool-touch, or thermal properties. When a program needs lower-impact options, we can support REPT-type recycled fabrics on qualifying volumes and use digital heat-sublimation transfers so color sits on the textile with less wet-process waste and odor on the line.

What buyers usually care about on the first call:

• Sampling speed — typical sample lead time is 2–5 working days once materials and artwork are confirmed.

Prices can sit alongside other Asian origins; the difference we aim for is clearer English updates, fewer surprise shortages, and a factory floor you can actually reach in Songjiang.
